Due to its shiny, wavy hair and small size, Yorkshire terrier is best known as a fashionable tiny accessory. They are enthusiastic, energetic, affectionate and loyal to immediate family. They are also very playful and love being around people at all times. Yorkie can be a good watch dog, as they are very protective and territorial. They are quite intelligent and not overly difficult to train. Yorkies can be described as being fearless, bossy, dynamic, intelligent and lively.
